Roundcube error :: SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE! Error No. [500]

I dealt with one of the following problem.

Error No. [500]

This problem occurs because of roundcube database structure has not updated properly.

There is a very simple command to resolve the issue

1) Login to the server as root

2) Just place the following command on a cPanel installed server.

[root@server~]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube-sqlite –force

This will update the round cube forcefully on the server. This should now resolve the issue

  1. Looks like you are an expert in this field, you got some great points there, but you’ll want to add a facebook button to your blog. I just bookmarked this article, although I had to complete it manually. Simply my $.02 :)

  3. I have this problem but I don’t think this fix will work for me.

The site has been working fine but today I get this error.

What do you think it could be?

    • Hi,

Do you have any control panel installed on the server? or the server is a plain server?
